Glassy UI Pro license

In short

Build as many sites and apps with the templates as you like, for yourself or for clients, and change them freely. Don’t resell, share or publish the templates themselves.

Grant

Burlis Management GmbH grants you, the individual developer who bought Glassy UI Pro, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use, copy and modify the Glassy UI Pro templates and their source (the templates) and to include them in any number of end products, commercial or not, for yourself or for clients.

Each developer who works with the templates needs a license of their own.

End products

An end product is a website or application in which the templates form part of a larger work for its users. You may publish and distribute end products, and hand their source to the client you built them for, for that client’s own use.

Not allowed

You may not sell, sublicense, share or publish the templates or their source, alone or as part of a template, theme, starter kit, UI kit, component library or design tool, and you may not share your access to them.

Pre-order

Glassy UI Pro is sold as a pre-order: when you buy, no template has shipped yet. We email you access to each template’s source as it is finished, at the address you used at checkout. We don’t promise delivery dates. Your purchase covers every Pro template and update we release.

Open-source components

The Glassy UI components stay free under the MIT license. This license covers only the Pro templates.

Liability and law

The templates are provided as they are. Nothing in this license limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country where you live also apply.
